Semblian 2.0 introduces a groundbreaking capability that allows users to engage in AI-powered chats across multiple meetings. This feature is designed to provide a comprehensive view of ongoing projects and discussions, enabling users to:

  • Ask Questions Across Meetings: Users can inquire about trends, historical data, and future projections across multiple meetings, making it easier to track progress and identify gaps.
  • Enrich Context: Add relevant meetings to the chat to provide a richer context for discussions, ensuring that all pertinent information is considered.
  • Personalized Assistance: Imagine having an AI that knows everything about your work and can provide insights as if it were a team member who has been part of every meeting.

You will see a new “My Chats” tab on your left-side menu once Semblian 2.0 is activated in your workspace and you are assigned a Semblian 2.0 license.

AI Artifacts ✨

One of the standout features of Semblian 2.0 is its ability to generate artifacts. This feature allows users to create both short-form and long-form documents based on the content of their meetings, such as project plans, contract proposals, product strategies, and much more. Key benefits include:

  • Automated Document Creation: Generate status reports, customer strategies, sales agreements, and compliance frameworks with just a few clicks.
  • Personalized Outputs: The documents are tailored to the specific needs and context of your meetings, providing highly relevant and useful outputs.
  • Time-Saving: By automating the creation of these documents, users can save significant time and focus on more strategic tasks.

You can ask Semblian 2.0 to create the artifact, update it “eg, add a section with XYZ”, and download it in Word Document, PDF, or other formats.

Semblian AI Artifacts

Personalized Post-Meeting Insights ✨

Semblian 2.0 offers personalized insights that are tailored to each user’s role and involvement in projects. This feature provides:

  • Actionable Insights: Receive recommendations on next steps and deliverables based on the discussions in your meetings.
  • Contextual Understanding: The insights are generated by understanding the context of your meetings and the specific role you play, ensuring they are highly relevant and actionable.
  • Enhanced Decision-Making: With personalized insights, users can make more informed decisions and drive projects forward more effectively.

You can click “Work on this” for any given insight to work with Semblian 2.0 on generating the relevant deliverables or guide you in addressing the suggestions it offers.

Once Semblian 2.0 is enabled, you will find a new “My Insights” tab under the “Meeting Notes” tab available in the Meeting Details view of all your Sembly meetings.

Semblian 2.0 is available on all paid plans. To activate this powerful add-on, go to Settings -> Billing -> Semblian 2.0

Once activated, you can assign Semblian 2.0 licenses to one or more users in the workspace. Once a license is assigned, Semblian 2.0 becomes immediately available for those users.
