How do I add Sembly to Google Meet?

Connect Google Calendar, install the Sembly Chrome extension, or paste a Google Meet link into Sembly. With the Chrome extension, an Add Sembly button appears inside Google Meet and the agent arrives in about a minute. You can also add [email protected] to the meeting invite.

Can Sembly join Google Meet meetings automatically?

Yes. Once Google Calendar is connected, choose whether Sembly joins all meetings in your calendar, only the meetings you create, or none until you invite it. Sembly syncs about two weeks ahead and joins any event with a Google Meet link.

Will attendees know Sembly is in the Google Meet meeting?

Yes. Sembly joins as a visible participant named Sembly Agent and can post a hello message to the meeting chat. Workspace admins can edit or turn off those chat messages.
